Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Sales Teams ride or die (Professionally Speaking)
    • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for IT hardware across multiple platforms and vendors
    • Manage and track licensing, warranties and hardware renewals for clients
    • Collaborate with vendors & internal teams to maintain pricing, inventory, and renewal schedules
    • Make sure OXEN's magical margins stay intact within procurement processes
    • Support service team and procurement needs with vendor coordination
    • Keep communication flowing like a well-brewed cup of coffee - strong and consistent

    • Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to do things
    • Assist in developing and improving quoting tools and internal workflows
