Opportunity Awaits, Apply Today! - Community Restoration Evaluation Unit (CREU), Aid & Assist Fiscal Analyst (Fiscal Analyst 2)

The Community Restoration Evaluation Unit (CREU) is a unique program within the Behavioral Health Division that oversees Oregon's statewide system for court ordered competency evaluations. CREU helps ensure that people in community restoration receive timely evaluations and that partners across the system stay connected and informed.

We are looking for a Fiscal Analyst who will guide CREU's financial planning and daily fiscal operations. In this role, you will study financial needs, help build and manage budgets, and review spending trends so the program can make well supported decisions. You will also prepare clear financial reports, track how funds are used, reconcile data, and identify ways to improve processes.

This position supports budget changes throughout the year and works closely with state partners to resolve technical issues and keep financial plans aligned with requirements. What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.

Five years of progressively responsible experience that included the preparation, analysis, and administration of a budget or fiscal system.

OR,

five years of professional-level experience in accounting, fiscal auditing, management or program analysis. Experience must have included modeling, forecasting and analyzing fiscal information.

OR,

successful completion of the Department of Administrative Services Budget and Management Public Administrative Trainee Program.

  • Ability to support change by training staff, clarifying processes, and helping teams transition to updated fiscal tools, procedures, or systems.
