Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will administer procurement processes for purchasing equipment, materials, supplies, and services, monitor and assess contractor compliance with contract requirements, establish and maintain standard procurement and purchasing processes across the organization, and provide expert advice on contract specifications and development. In addition, you will also Review contract monitoring, reporting, audit compliance, and contract closeout phases to ensure the provision of materials, goods, and services meets organizational standards.
Competencies and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have any combination of education and experience that would provide the equivalent of three years of increasingly responsible experience in procurement, purchasing and/or contracting with a public agency, or in the construction industry and/or real estate management/development and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field. This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver's License.
