POSITION SUMMARY:

Proctors oversee the administration of the examination and ensure the integrity of the examination process.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job requires time monitoring of the exam, patience, multi-tasking skills, clear communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proctors generally work from approximately 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and/or from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
  • Some shifts may run into the evening based on exam duration and student accommodations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Proctors must pass the University’s background check.
