Job description

A P&G Corporate Specs & Standards Technician will be responsible for:
  • Publish documents and other specification documents according to establish process and applicable electronic publishing standards.
  • Perform document quality control checks promptly communicating irregularities in documents and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day department support activities as necessary to aid completion of documents.
  • Provide support for Packaging Engineers in various systems particularly specifications and standards.
  • Create and modify specifications and standards as directed/ needed.
  • Track changes and develop system for department reporting; Support conversion of documents into new products and Packaging Art Work Change Management (ePADEx system); SAP support.
  • Develop understanding and maintain knowledge of appropriate standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, policies, and regulatory guidance documents; and may be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned
