Project Administrator – Semiconductor ConstructionPosition Summary

Marketech International Corp. USA (MICU) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful execution of semiconductor, cleanroom, and high-tech construction projects. This role provides administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and cross-functional teams by managing project documentation, scheduling, reporting, procurement coordination, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule while maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain project documentation, files, contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and calendars for internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and deadlines.

  • Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material tracking, and procurement documentation.

  • Coordinate project onboarding, badging, site access requests, and compliance documentation for project personnel.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, project status updates, and meeting agendas.

  • Support change order documentation and project cost tracking.

  • Monitor document control processes to ensure revisions are properly distributed and maintained.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Construction teams to ensure project activities remain aligned.

  • Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and project closeout documentation.

  • Maintain accurate project records in company ERP and project management systems.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and project documentation standards.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of project administration, project coordination, construction administration, or administrative support experience.

  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial projects preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, MEP, industrial construction, or mission-critical facility projects.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and project documentation processes.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of procurement, document control, and project scheduling practices.
