Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Processor position in McAllen, TX.  Weekly pay starting at $15.00 p/hr.  This is an opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.

Shift Available

  • 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate

  • Starting at $15.00/hr.

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts

  • Weigh and measure ingredients and binding agents

  • Mix, grind, and process materials into finished or semi-finished components

  • Operate and monitor processing equipment, adjusting controls as needed

  • Clean materials prior to processing

  • Inspect, measure, and test components to meet specifications

  • Enclose components in housing and apply identifying marks

  • Count, sort, and weigh processed items

  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records

  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE

  • Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Eligibility Requirement

  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, national, asylee, or refugee) due to access to export-controlled technology

Preferred Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Commitment to safe work practices

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
