Are you a people-person with an eye for value and a passion for making a real difference? Do you thrive in a structured, yet social environment where your upbeat attitude and persuasive charm can shine? Many Hands Thrift is looking for a dynamic and engaging Processor to join our mission-driven team!


This isn't just sorting-it's treasure hunting, pricing, and merchandising all rolled into one. You'll be the first to see the generous donations that come through our doors, playing a critical role in transforming them into resources that directly support those in need through the ministry of Many Hands. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Be the Donation Gatekeeper: You'll warmly receive items from our generous donors.
  • Treasure Hunter & Appraiser: You'll sort, evaluate, and assign fair prices to a wide array of items-you never know what unique find might come across your table!
  • Visual Storyteller: Bring your sense of style! You will organize and create attractive, eye-catching displays that make our store stand out from the typical thrift experience.
  • Quality Control: Confidently evaluate items based on condition, ensuring only the best goods make it to the floor.
  • Team Player: Step in to assist with cashiering as needed, using your strong people skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Routine with a Mission: You'll enjoy a systematic workflow that provides the predictability and stability you need to be efficient and productive.
