Job description

Job Duties:
    1. a. Contract Review
    i. Accuracy of information listed on contracts
    ii. Form usage
    iii. Remittance registers
    1. List Required information - Check #, months of waivers, Form(s) used, etc
    iv. Call & follow up on any issues with contracts to agents and / or dealerships
    1. b. Processing
    i. Key business in PCRS once it has been underwritten
    ii. Enter payments for business in PCRS
    iii. Maintain a total of 300+ contracts keyed weekly
    iv. Assist with set up of dealers
    1. c. General Office
    i. Distribute & receive faxes
    ii. Email
    iii. Manage Voice mail
    iv. Assist with incoming phone calls when receptionist not available
    v. Handle phone calls received for department whether for individual requested or a co-worker
    vi. Scan contracts, remit registers, dealer agreements, agent agreements
    vii. File all business once keyed and scanned
    viii. File dealer agreements / correspondence, agent agreements / correspondence, rejections / overages
    ix. Verify coverage for customers / dealerships / lenders
    x. Various other projects / tasks as assigned by manager or management
    xi. Monthly billing of business
    xii. Check in business received daily for processing & have copies of checks made
    1. d. Reconciling

    i. Create check requests to dealerships for overages / rejections
Skills:
  • Prioritization & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
