Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining the entry and maintenance of the customer database. Maintains customer files and data according to regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generates customer correspondence and distributes information.
  • Creates and maintains customer eligibility in the database.
  • Reviews information to determine requirements.
  • Reviews and processes enrollment information to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Accountable for meeting quality and production benchmarks as determined by management.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers as it pertains to enrollment information.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel at various levels.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Two years working in an administrative function for a health care institution, insurance company or medical group preferred.
