TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Processor Assistant opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area!

Position: Processor Assistant

Start Date: September 8th

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to Processors, enabling them to focus on direct member and realtor engagement, improving communication, efficiency, and overall member experience.
  • Collect, review, follow-up, and verify mortgage applications and supporting documentation, including income, assets, title, appraisal, and homeowner’s insurance (HOI), ensuring completeness and accuracy for underwriting submission.
  • Evaluate and gather documentation required for Initial Credit Review (ICR) submissions and perform scrub reviews to ensure file readiness and minimize underwriting pends.

Requirements:

  • No time off for 6 months
  • Must have distraction free work environment at home
  • Direct access to plug into router

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Customer service experience within a retail or restaurant setting
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Time management and organization
  • Phone etiquette and communication
  • Excel and SharePoint experience is a plus
