Description:

Provide administrative and operational support to the mortgage processing team by helping gather documents, update loan files, track requests, and ensure information is accurate and complete throughout the loan process.

• Support Mortgage Processors with daily administrative tasks.
• Collect, organize, and review customer documents to ensure files are complete.
• Follow up with customers, realtors, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain needed information.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems.
• Upload, save, and organize documents in electronic files.
• Monitor loan files and help ensure required steps are completed on time.
• Track outstanding items and follow up on pending requests.
• Assist with ordering and obtaining employment, asset, insurance, and other verification documents.
• Communicate with team members regarding file status and document needs.
• Help ensure loan files meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support workflow updates and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn - no prior experience needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
