About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Partner / Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor Assistant to join our growing mortgage team serving the Detroit and Metro Detroit housing market.
In this role, the Mortgage Loan Partner will be responsible for managing client communication, organizing loan documentation, and guiding borrowers through the residential mortgage process from application to closing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each client experiences a smooth, transparent, and personalized home financing journey.
This is an in-person position based in our Troy, Michigan office, supporting mortgage originations throughout Detroit, Wayne County, and surrounding communities.
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) career path.

  • Support Loan Officers and upper management with pipeline organization and workflow management
  • Maintain compliance with mortgage lending guidelines and company standards
  • Assist in managing a high-volume residential mortgage pipeline
