Job description

High volume employment processor! This is a SEASONAL HR position with room for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Greet visitors
  • Cover the front reception counter
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with orientations
  • General administrative support in the Employment Center
  • Other duties as assigned

  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in interview techniques and high volume recruitment are preferred.
  • Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ADP a plus.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable.
  • Must be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions.
  • Accurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.
