Job description

High volume employment processor! This is a SEASONALHR position with room for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Greet visitors
  • Cover the front reception counter
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with orientations
  • General administrative support in the Employment Center
  • Other duties as assigned
  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in interview techniques and high volume recruitment are preferred.
  • Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ADP a plus.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable.
  • Must be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions.
  • Accurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.
