Installs molds when Mold Setter is unavailable and ensures mold is installed properly and safely ย ย  ย ย 
on machine platensย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย 
Installs, sets up, and ensures all needed auxiliary equipment is functioning correctlyย ย  ย ย 
Must be able to operate hoists and other equipment in a safe mannerย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย 
Follows and understands how to adjust machine parameters according to Process Control Set-up ย Data Sheet
Understands how to confirm/install/set: water lines, die height, ejection stroke, nozzles, heaters, hot runner
controllers, hot oil heaters, and other equipmentย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย 
Has the ability to troubleshoot processing issues with an acceptable outcomeย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย 
Ensure injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to ย ย  ย ย 
regulation parameters, meet quality standards and all production goalsย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย 
Starts machines up, checks the part quality, has QA confirm and puts the machine in production, and notifies
