We are hiring customer friendly servers for our busy dining and party rooms. If you are a team player are self motivated and can work in a busy environment, this job may be for you. Our servers make bank! $35-$40 and hour including tips and wages.
JOB STATEMENT/PURPOSE:
The Server Position is to execute the vision/mission of Uncle Joes Pizza in their Uncle Joes Pizzeria. Key responsibility areas include acknowledging all customers entering and leaving the premises, taking orders from tables, correctly ringing and accounting for all sales transactions for their tables, monitoring and coordinating food orders and drinks to tables, taking orders from the counter or over the phone, correctly ringing and accounting for all sales transactions in their register, monitoring and coordinating pick up orders and trying to provide 100% customer satisfaction. The Server is usually the person who will make an impression on how a customer will think about Uncle Joes Pizza. Please give the customer a warm and inviting experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create an environment that consistently provides high levels of service to our guests.
  • Acknowledge all guests entering or leaving the dining room.
  • Ring up all dine in orders;
  • Process all cash and credit card sales.
  • Process and enter Coupons, Discounts, Fundraisers
  • Answer phone and take phone orders, offer suggestive selling.
  • Package salads, sodas, and all condiments for pickup orders.
  • Suggestive sell drinks and appetizers
  • Package left overs for guests.
  • Keep all counter areas/ bar area clean a clutter free.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Prior serving experience preferred..
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Excellent job skills and attendance required.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Wiping down tables and video games, cleaning dining room & restrooms
  • Restock soda, slices, ice cream or other pointofsale merchandise; use proper stock rotation.
  • Other tasks and duties based on the needs of the business.
