Job Description We are seeking a Process Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process inventory, process design, and improvement and a proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable productivity gains. Responsibilities: Provide Single Process Inventory (SPI) subject matter expertise to stakeholders.

Establish and execute routines to support the Relationship Manager and meet Senior Leadership Team and process community needs. Prepare strategic updates for senior executive leadership and process teams. Facilitate engagement with process teams and 2nd line risk partners to proactively manage and mitigate risks.

Define and execute a plan to transition intake from SharePoint to JIRA or a comparable request and pipeline tool. Design target-state process inventory dashboards and portfolio health views. Monitor and manage CTI intake requests, change request approvals, and process map approvals.

Lead challenge responses and remediation to drive timely, effective resolutions. Serve as process SME for CTI divisions to ensure compliance and advise on best-fit solutions for new processes. Collaborate with internal operations, delivery teams, external process owners, and enterprise and GT risk partners; facilitate governance forums.

Manage issue alignments and timelines; prepare reports for Process Health Assessments and Portfolio Health Dashboards. Complete Process Overall Control Effectiveness (POCE) and control ratings; define action plans for non-performing metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

MBA, PMP, or Six Sigma is preferred. 3-5 years in relationship management, project management, or process improvement roles. Process design and improvement experience delivering quantifiable productivity gains.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights from large datasets. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with Power Query, SQL, and Tableau is preferred.

Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite. Preferred Skills: Experience transitioning intake workflows to JIRA or comparable tools and building dashboard reporting. Background in risk management, governance forums, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
