Work hours are flexible within 8 AM-5 PM business hours. This is a paid, part-time, fully onsite position, with an expected schedule of 24 hours per week.
Your Role
  • Handle all administrative functions for regional recruiters including scheduling and confirming phone screens, interviews and candidate assessments
  • Support/ Participate in projects that enhance client experience and /or increase efficiency of the recruitment process
  • Assist with the coordination of career fairs and the summer intern program
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system
  • Learn how to effectively leverage recruiting tools such as our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Analytics
  • Assist in screening resumes for various positions
  • Develop and post job descriptions in collaboration with the TA Director and Team
  • Research talent landscape and market research to identify trends
  • Partner with Talent Operations on various projectsย 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in third or fourth year of a Business Administration, Human Resources, or related programย 
  • Prior experience in a professional office or customer service orientated environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
  • Proven administrative skills and expertise
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
