Constables/Process Servers

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

We are seeking reliable and experienced process servers throughout Rhode Island (Washington County) South Kingstown and North Kingstown to join our growing contractor network.

As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while receiving regular opportunities to serve legal documents in your coverage area.

Requirements

• Previous Constable and or process serving experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver's license and required insurance

• Smartphone with the ability to use mobile applications

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage assignments effectively

• Availability to make attempts at various times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed

• Ability to travel within your assigned coverage area

• Ability to follow client, court, and company service requirements
