What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll be the face of Joe’s and play a key role in creating an excellent dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome

  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system

  • Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation

  • Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service

  • Upselling menu items, specials, and signature pizzas or pastas

  • Handling payments and processing transactions accurately

  • Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing

  • Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work

Who You Are
  • Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused

  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Team player with great communication skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment

  • Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person
