1435 E Lebanon Road, Dover, Delaware 19901Job DescriptionThe Lead Server is responsible for courteously serving resident and guest meals, and for clean-up and resetting of dining room following meal service. The Lead Server is also responsible for supervising the daily assignments of the servers, ensuring proper training, as well as ensuring proper coverage to meet the business needs.Maintain a good working knowledge of all dining room and kitchen responsibilities and proceduresUnderstands basic kitchen equipment operation (food processor, dishwasher, beverage machine, etc.)Maintain a clean work area in the kitchen, serving area, and dining roomUnderstands proper table setting for each mealMaintains schedule for the servers to include call outs and coverage for all assigned shifts.
