Position Overview

Lil' Ricci's is hiring friendly, energetic Servers to provide outstanding food and beverage service, engage with guests, and help create memorable dining experiences. This part-time, front-of-house position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Share knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions in an upbeat and engaging manner
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and maintain food and beverage quality standards
  • Handle guest payments and perform accurate cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist teammates as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Basic math skills for order entry and payment processing
  • Ability to complete company-required Alcohol RVT Certification within 30 days of hire
