Job description

Job Title: Civil Process Server - Henry County, Georgia (Stockbridge City areas)

Location: Henry County, Georgia (Stockbridge City areas)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments!

We are seeking experienced process servers in Tennessee to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network.

Requirements:

  • You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
  • Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents
  • Able to make a Saturday or Sunday attempts on all files assigned to you.
  • Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app)
  • Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driverโ€™s license, and insurance are required
