Compensation/Pay Range: $12.00 per hour + tips - $12.00 per hour + tips

As a Server at Croix Rooftop at Cambria Hotel DC Navy Yard Riverfront, you are more than the order taker—you are the host, the guide, and the architect of each guest's experience. You bring sophistication, precision, and warmth to every interaction, ensuring each table reflects the lounge's elevated standards.

 We are seeking servers with solid knowledge of classic and craft cocktails who thrive in a fast-paced rooftop setting. The role requires quick adaptability, efficiency during peak service, and consistent quality.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver refined, attentive service while anticipating guests' needs.
  • Guide guests through our curated menu with expertise and confidence.
  • Recommend and upsell thoughtfully, showcasing food and beverage knowledge.
  • Execute proper service timing and professional standards with consistency.
  • Maintain immaculate table presentation and clean, organized stations.
