Job Title: Industrial Sales Representative – Preventive Maintenance & Light Industrial Air Compressors

Join Our Team


Process and Power Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Industrial Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Central Arkansas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions that improve equipment reliability and plant productivity.


The primary focus of this position is selling Preventive Maintenance Agreements and Ingersoll Rand light industrial air compressors, along with related compressed air equipment, parts, and service solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, automotive, commercial, and light industrial facilities.
  • Pursue Competitive and drifted accounts.
  • Promote and sell Preventive Maintenance Agreements for compressed air systems.
  • Generate sales of Ingersoll Rand light industrial air compressors and related compressed air equipment.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and identify opportunities for service, repair, and replacement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with maintenance managers, plant engineers, facility managers, and business owners.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and equipment recommendations.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM software.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in industrial, technical, or outside sales preferred.
  • Experience selling air compressors, industrial equipment, maintenance services, or MRO products is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout Central Arkansas.
