• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with clients and collaboratively work with colleagues.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor when engaging with clients, fostering a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills to effectively handle client caseloads and administrative duties.
