• Perform thorough mental health assessments, employing standardized screening tools to gauge the emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Create individualized treatment plans developed from the assessment outcomes, addressing each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.
• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic care, ensuring that all facets of a client's health are considered in their treatment.
• Educate and empower clients' families, providing them with resources and understanding to assist in the recovery process.
• Maintain diligent and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, always adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
