• Provide comprehensive clinical services, developing and implementing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans based on the individual needs of clients.
• Continuously assess clients’ treatment needs, adapting approaches to ensure optimal effectiveness and responsiveness.
• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to guide care and support.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills tailored to their unique situations.
• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their connection to these vital services to enhance their quality of life.

Our primary focus is on adults aged 18 and older who experience mental health conditions that may hinder their ability to maintain stability in the community. You will work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own challenges related to mental illness. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate these challenges, promote recovery, and establish independence within the community.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure from the state board, including any of the following: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring clients receive consistent and continuous care.
• Must have no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a reliable internet connection for telehealth sessions.

• Experience providing direct clinical services to individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with using telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate sessions.
• Understanding of community resources and systems to assist clients in accessing necessary support.
• Direct experience working with diverse populations, including knowledge of family developmental issues.
