    Graham Technologies is seeking an Associate Appian Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Appian-based business process applications supporting Federal programs. This role is ideal for early-career developers looking to expand their experience within a low-code development environment while supporting enterprise workflow automation, application modernization, and system integration initiatives.

    Location: Remote (Preference for Dayton, OH or Washington, DC Metro Area)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain Appian applications, process models, interfaces, records, reports, and expression rules in support of business requirements.
    • Assist with application configuration, workflow automation, and business process optimization efforts.
    • Support integration activities between Appian and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and databases.
    • Participate in requirements analysis, solution design discussions, and technical implementation activities.
    • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and enhance Appian applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Support deployment activities and application configuration across development, test, and production environments.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, architects, and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, configuration guides, and user support materials.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
