They will work closely with the Senior Process Engineers and VP of Manufacturing Technology and will be located at the OKC corporate office. Some travel will be required. - Assist with the execution of LSB's digital transformation initiatives.
- Participate in gathering and analyzing data aimed at assessing asset performance, process safety, and equipment reliability.
- Help in developing digital tools to support health monitoring/optimization and efficient troubleshooting
- Support early-phase capital project work, including feasibility assessments, data analysis, and technology evaluations.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting
- Experience or interest utilizing AI and other emerging software tools for optimization and process improvement
- Familiarity with process safety and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, RCA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and with data analysis tools (e.g., Aspen Hysys/Plus, Power BI) is a plus
