About The Opportunity
Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants (pilot to fully operational) to achieve production goals.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific extrusion and process
control.
2. Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.
3. Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency.

4. Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.
5. Participate in the selection of processes and extrusion design considerations for new products.
6. Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
