About the Opportunity
As a Scale Operator (Weightmaster) at EMR, you'll support our warehouse facility and help grow our operations in New Orleans, LA. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
    Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks and materials, issue tickets, and process payments
    Verify materials and coordinate with warehouse staff
    Provide prompt, helpful support to meet customer needs
