The Job

This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements and innovation, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our distribution center. As a Productivity Manager, you'll be part of our team located in Jackson TN. You'll get to:

  • Champion initiatives that incorporate Lean/Sigma tools (e.g., 5S, Six-Sigma, OEE) to reduce waste and optimize operations
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing current processes, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Lean-based program to enhance performance and foster an environment focused on customer value, quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Evaluate and analyze the use of space and facilities, managing automated systems and collecting data for improvement initiatives
  • Implement standard work programs, plan and coordinate Kaizen events

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other related field
  • 7+ years related work experience plus 3-5 years of leadership experience in a distribution or manufacturing setting
  • Six Sigma certification strongly preferred: Strong knowledge of lean and project management tools
  • Experience with Automated Distribution Centers
  • High energy, innovative mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to set and achieve both short-term and long-term goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues quickly, with strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Committed to creating a customer-centric environment that delivers exceptional service and sees business from the customer's perspective.
  • Motivates self and others to meet objectives in a complex environment, instilling a sense of urgency and effectively delegating tasks.

The Salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $138,500.00
