The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Process Engineer to enhance and optimize critical wax manufacturing processes, including injection, pattern assembly, pattern NDT, and inspection. This role is responsible for ensuring process compliance, driving continuous improvement, enhancing process stability, and supporting product quality through data-driven controls and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to implement best practices, resolve process issues, and support operational excellence across the Wax Department.
