• Develop end-to-end workflows covering:
o Server Provisioning

o VM Provisioning & Decommissioning
o OS Lifecycle & Patch Management
o Hardware Refresh Programs
o Incident, Problem & Change Management
o DR and Business Continuity processes
• Create L1-L4 process maps, SIPOC diagrams, and RACI matrices.
• Establish standards, policies, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
Compute Product Line Management
• Build operational frameworks for:
o Physical Servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo)
o VMware/Nutanix/Hyper-V platforms
o Private Cloud Platforms
o AI/HPC Infrastructure
o GPU Clusters
o Container Platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• Define service catalog and service consumption models.
