Process Engineer Location: Orlando, FL Job ID: #72944 Pay Range: $70-83 12 months Ability to Obtain Clearance. Job Description: Designs and plans layout for warehouse automation and general warehousing best practices. Plans sequence of operations and specifies procedures for receiving, decanting, packing, and otherwise preparing basic material, exercising judgment in compromising between conflicting requirements, economic evaluation of methods, and operator effectiveness and comfort with an emphasis on automated solutions. Conducts tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as material movement times/efficiency, automation utilization and payback. Establishes and submits processing requirements to be met in designing and acquiring automated warehouse processing equipment.
