Reputable firm looking to add a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager to their Madison office!



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project engineering and management (project oversight, setting priorities, and developing objectives, project financial management, hands-on involvement in design process)
  • Serve as a technical resource to mechanical and plumbing team members
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Lead business development activities:
    • Proposal preparation
    • Project interviews/presentations
    • Client management
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Represent the firm at industry events, professional associations, and community activities
  • Participate in professional societies


Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering
  • 7+ years of experience of design experience in the design and specification of HVAC systems for a variety of building types
  • PE License in Wisconsin
  • PE License in other Midwest states preferred
  • Experience leading/mentoring staff preferred
  • Commissioning experience preferred


Salary is commensurate with experience.
