Job Overview

The Process Engineer will be responsible for improvements relating to industrial/manufacturing processes and efficiency to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability. This role will be directly involved in the process design, operation, and implementation of such changes.

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assess current processes, take measurements, and interpret data
  • Recommendand implementimprovements
  • Perform research,design,test,and upgrade systemsforoptimization
  • Defect reduction and measurement
  • Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
  • Perform process simulations
  • Manage cost and time constraints
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions
  • Implement computer-based Workflow Diagrams
  • Lean Manufacturing Implementation (8 Wastes, Material Flow, 1 Piece Flow, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
  • Implementing and Managing Operations Metrics and develop Pareto Reports
  • ECO Management relief
  • Packaging Design and Labels
  • Operations Meeting Liaison
  • Collaborate withmanufacturing, production, and quality teamregardingalignment forproduct requirements
  • ISO/TL Auditing Support
