Job description

This internship position represents an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest information technology centers in the Wasatch Front. This intern works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. 

A Day in the Life: 

Get experience supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions of users throughout the world. We are seeking a motivated and curious ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM) Intern to support our IT Tools Portfolio and Operations teams within a global organization. 

This role provides hands-on experience across core ITIL practices with a focus on process improvement and exposure to product management and platform capabilities. 

You will partner with practice owners for Change Enablement, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB). 

What You Will Gain

Work Schedule: 

This is a 40 hour per week internship that is expected to last approximately 4 months.  Normal office hours are between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. 

Offices are located in either Lehi or Riverton.  Hybrid and fully remote schedules are available, based on your location.

Interest in ITSM; exposure to ServiceNow or Power BI is a plus
