About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our dynamic team in an electrical manufacturing environment. This position offers diverse job rotation opportunities across multiple departments, providing exposure to various aspects of the business, including engineering, sales, estimation, project management, quality, production, service, and automation. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about developing technical and leadership skills in a company specializing in custom switchgear and power control room solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engineering and Design:
Assist in designing and reviewing electrical systems, switchgear, motor control centers, and powerhouses.
Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Perform calculations, simulations, and system analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
2. Sales and Estimation:
Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain insights into market needs.
3. Project Management:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from inception to completion.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
