• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting client progress to ensure adherence to ethical standards of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the efficacy of care provided across the clinic.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
