Essential Job Responsibilities Provide support to the design, development, prototype fabrication, and verification testing of unique specialty products, to include computer aided design (CAD) Perform system and sub-system analysis, simulation, and design work as required Work with mechanical system concepts and detailed designs to properly determine the necessary design tradeoffs Interface with external vendors to procure parts and components required to complete development efforts Participate in the assembly, system test planning, and system test procedure generation Adequately document processes, procedures and testing using structured formats.

Where formats do not currently exist, provide a recommended format for review Learn and utilize the Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Management gating process Interface with project teams and external customers as required, to support specialized product development Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent + Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree with between 40% and 60% of the required credits completed.
