Experienced Inside Sales Engineer - Final Control
The Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to join our Final Control team in Allendale, NJ. This is more than a technical sales role - you'll be a trusted advisor who combines engineering expertise with customer relationship skills to solve complex process control challenges. Working directly with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators, you'll be the technical backbone of your account team, driving sales success through exceptional service and innovative solutions.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Own and manage customer account relationships for control valves, regulators, valve automation products, instrument & valve services, and process automation solutions
โ€ข Review customer specifications, technical requirements, and commercial terms to complete application engineering and generate accurate, competitive quotations
โ€ข Serve as the primary inside technical contact for your account team, responding to quotation requests, providing troubleshooting guidance, and driving proactive follow-up
โ€ข Review customer purchase orders for compliance with quotations and resolve discrepancies professionally and efficiently
โ€ข Build strong collaborative relationships with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to deliver seamless customer experiences
What You'll Bring:
