Job description

This engineering position is for a Process Engineer for LPCVD furnaces (silicon nitride, insitu doped/undoped polysilicon, TEOS, and other novel processes) in a rapidly expanding high volume 200 mm wafer fab.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sustaining and improving process related metrics including SPC (statistical process control)

  • Scrap reduction

  • Tool availability (green to green)

  • Capacity

  • Following change management procedures to identify, test, and implement process improvements

  • Oversee process qualification for new tools and the transfer/development of processes to support new customers and technologies

  • Writing and maintaining documentation including operating instructions, reaction mechanisms, and process specifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of semiconductor processing methods and techniques.

  • Cleanroom experience is a plus.

  • Requires a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or other applicable technical field of study.

What We Offer

Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $77,000-$115,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.

Benefits & Other Eligible Compensation: Includes health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, annual bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
