Job description

Job Description:

Are you passionate about improving how things work, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and using data to drive real results? As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class manufacturing performance.

Position Summary

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and controlling manufacturing processes to consistently meet customer and business requirements. Using statistical methods, advanced process control tools, and proven continuous improvement methodologies, this role ensures processes are stable, capable, and efficient.

This is a first‑shift position; however, flexibility is required to support production needs and improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Optimize and control process parameters to minimize variation and improve capability
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify issues, root causes, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement corrective actions that improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to improve performance
  • Drive equipment and system performance improvements from baseline to best‑in‑class
  • Support new product introductions by ensuring robust and capable processes
  • Coach and train operators and technical teams on process understanding and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Support Manufacturing Business Plan objectives and strategic initiatives
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of process engineering and project management fundamentals
  • Experience using statistical tools to analyze data and reduce process variation
  • Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without authority
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and solve problems
Why You’ll Love This Role

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on manufacturing performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with experienced professionals, gain exposure to advanced manufacturing systems, and continuously build your technical and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Relocation assistance is not available for this role. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
