Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Part-Time Operations Intern to support our Operations team. This role provides hands-on experience across business operations, employee communications, marketing, process improvement, information technology, and responsible AI initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive, and eager to learn how operational excellence and innovation drive business success. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in business operations, marketing, communications, information systems, artificial intelligence, or organizational development. Key Responsibilities Employee Communications * Draft and distribute internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and employee updates.
* Assist in creating presentations, training materials, and internal documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
* Maintain and organize internal knowledge bases and shared resources.
Marketing, Social Media & Events * Assist with creating and scheduling content for the company's social media channels.
