The Information Services Intern will support business stakeholders in Data & Analytics, process automation, reporting, and IT infrastructure. The role involves gathering requirements, performing analysis, creating dashboards and reports, and supporting IT operations across the business.
This internship provides handson experience in a dynamic consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment, enabling the intern to contribute to crossfunctional initiatives while developing technical, analytical, and problemsolving skills.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Gather and document business requirements and support the development of data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  2. Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to support business decisionmaking.
  3. Collaborate with Canadian, U.S., and Shared Services IS teams to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues.
  4. Provide enduser support for IT tools, infrastructure, and ServiceNow tickets, including onboarding and device setup.
  5. Support IT infrastructure projects and maintain office technologies, including meeting room and network system
  6. Provides tier 1 support for network infrastructure and IT service requests.
  7. Supports onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
  8. Assists with Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technologies.
  9. Participates in IT infrastructure projects including mobile device management, system upgrades, and network improvements.
  10. Communicates progress, timelines, risks, and issues to stakeholders across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interest in Data & Analytics, reporting, and process automation.
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint, Jira, and Wikis is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work crossfunctionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, selfstarter mindset with strong initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions through to completion.

Experience & Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Business or Computer Science program at a postsecondary institution.
