RPA Engineer

Location: Primarily Remote (occasional onsite in MD, VA, DC, or WV)
Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Rate: C2C - Approx. $65/hr
Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex RPA solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Create reusable automation components and patterns for scalability.
  • Ensure automations meet defined business requirements, compliance, and efficiency standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship on automation frameworks and best practices.
  • Support multiple concurrent automation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, process improvements, and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience (4+ additional years accepted in lieu).
  • 5+ years of RPA/Automation Engineering experience.
  • Automation Anywhere expertise (must-have).
  • SQL proficiency (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience highly preferred (claims processing experience a plus).
