Description:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experience throughout your shift, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment while supporting sales and profitability goals. 

We’re looking for associates who are friendly, reliable, and committed to exceeding customer expectations—every day, every time.


**The advertised rate of pay is inclusive of a $1.50 Shift Differential added for hours worked between 11:00PM-7:00AM.**

What You’ll Do 

Customer Service & Sales

· Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer 

· Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards      

· Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers      

· Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience 

· Communicate effectively with team members and leadership 

· Demonstrate company values: Honesty, Trust, Customer Focus, Teamwork, and Accountability 


Daily Operations

· Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards 

· Stay up to date on company operations and expectations 

· Work scheduled shifts and follow dress code guidelines 

· Report any issues related to sales, pricing, or store operations 

· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed 


Cash Handling & Financial Responsibilities

· Accurately process transactions and refunds 

· Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift 

· Report any cash discrepancies over $5.00 

· Follow proper cash handling and register procedures 


Safety & Security

· Help monitor inventory and prevent loss 

· Follow all cash control and store security procedures 

· Notify management of deliveries and any suspicious activity 

· Protect company assets at all times 


Merchandising & Store Appearance

· Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized 

· Ensure all items are properly priced 

· Prepare and maintain coffee, fountain drinks, and other high-demand items 


Store Maintenance & Cleanliness

· Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out 

· Clean floors, restrooms, food areas, and equipment 

· Keep parking lots, sidewalks, and fueling areas tidy 

· Identify and address safety hazards & report maintenance issues promptly

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

· 18 years or older required

· Previous experience, preferred

· Valid Driver’s License, preferred

· Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins

· Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification

· Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment

· Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
