Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Process Automation Sr. Developer for its Johnston, Rhode Island location.

Responsibilities:

    Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for the Robotics Process Automation Team. 
    Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions that drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and value delivery across multiple business lines within consumer, commercial and private banking.
    Collaborate with Business Improvement Consultants, Business Analysts, and subject-matter experts to gather business and system requirements, understand process maps, and define use cases targeted for automation. 
    Translate requirements into Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and detailed test scripts using Task Mining, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and Confluence.
    Design and develop automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator, built on a custom enterprise framework based on UiPath's RE-Framework. 
    Build reusable components, shared libraries, and code templates to enable standardized, scalable automation development across the team.
    Develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, including document classification, ML-based data extraction, and human-in-the-loop validation workflows. 
    Implement API integrations within automation workflows, connecting with enterprise systems, RESTful web services, and cloud platforms including Azure Cognitive Services. 
    Write custom scripts in C#.NET and VB.NET to resolve complex automation logic and extend platform capabilities.
    Participate in solution design reviews and tollgate reviews to ensure solutions meet architectural standards, governance requirements, and business needs. 
    Partner with IT Architects and senior stakeholders to validate alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. 
    Support migration of legacy automations from Blue Prism to UiPath, including re-architecture and re-development aligned with the team's custom framework.
    Execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and completeness prior to production deployment. 
    Monitor and maintain automation's post-implementation, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth business operations using UiPath Orchestrator. 
    Maintain comprehensive documentation including runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation within Confluence. 
    Contribute to the development and enforcement of coding standards, release frameworks, and testing best practices.
    Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum & Kanban, and track work using Jira to ensure efficient development, integration, and adoption of RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience as Process Automation Developer, Intelligent Automation - Developer, Advisory Associate - RPA Developer, or related position involving robotics process automation.

Full term of experience must include:

    Automating business processes using robotics process automation tools, including UiPath to deliver value and process optimization to business stakeholders;
    Implementing the full life cycle of RPA solutions, including identifying automation opportunities, gathering requirements, implement, test, and deploy targeted automation solutions using UiPath software;
    Building reusable components and libraries using UiPath which can be utilized by other developers for effective code development;
    Creating PDD (Process Definition Document), SDD (Solution Design Documents) and Test Scripts for automation workflows using Task Mining and Microsoft Visio;
    Ensure quality and completeness of the process through unit and integration testing;
    Monitoring and maintaining automations post-implementation and resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations using UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio; and
    Using Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, to ensure efficient development, integration, and adoption of RPA processes.
